Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a full accommodation charge.
Non‑refundable Bookings
Non‑refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Credit Card Details Requirement
To secure your reservation at Airport Westney Lodge, a valid credit card number and expiry date are required.
We may charge your credit card in the following situations:
- Cancellation made within 48 hours prior to arrival
- Late‑night arrival or a high possibility of a no‑show
- If the booking falls within the 48‑hour cancellation policy period
Please note:
- A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
- If you wish to pay by cash or a different credit card upon arrival, any charged amount will be refunded to the original credit card.
Damage Deposit
A NZD $100 damage deposit is required upon check‑in at Airport Westney Lodge.
Identification Requirements
At check‑in, guests must present:
Debit/bank cards may be authorized for the stay amount and incidentals. Funds may take up to 7 days to be released depending on your bank.
